A key piece to landscape installation for new home construction is drainage. For this lot we buried all gutters to prevent the water from the roof from becoming surface water. We graded the hillside to a common low point and installed a catch basin to collect surface water from the front yard. The water was piped out of the back of the property and discharged into the woods.
